Now the colleges and media they know how much we love our football, the players and coaches become hero`s to the fans. They know we love it so much that to protect it, they would cover up the rape of children by coaches, and if they cover that up, it has to make you wonder what other crimes are being covered up by college sports programs around the country?
Now you may think this sports madness is just a modern problem of our society, but as usual there are examples from history. Now the ancient Romans put us to shame, we have nothing on them, for they use to actually kill and rape right there in the arena and you could have a say so by a thumbs up or thumbs down on the fate of the looser. Yes it is true we have people who are killed while playing, but it is a accident, we need to work on that and there is the sexual harassment of female reporters in the locker room, now if they would take that to the playing field we would be getting some where. So it is pretty clear we have some work to do to catch up to the Romans, but we are making great strides in that direction. We have little league parents pitching in to help out by brawling and hitting and biting and kicking each other at games, but sadly the kids are slow to catch on, the little tots actually try to step in and stop the fighting.
So when I sit down this fall and winter to watch my football, I will know and trust that the people involved have broken and stomped on every moral law known to man to bring me this game, excuse me I have to go out for more beer, ultimate fighting is coming on in a min.
